Do you charge extra for the flight delays?

Our chauffeur will keep track of your flight and we will be there at your service no matter how long your flight gets delayed by and we won’t charge any extra for this.

What happens if my flight is cancelled?

Let us know as soon as you are aware of the cancellation, contact us and reschedule your pickup time.

How do we find the driver after our flight arrival?

Our drivers will meet their passengers at the exit from the customs hall inside the airport terminal. Drivers will hold a sign board with the passenger name written on it and will wait next to the information desk. The airport can be very crowded at times, therefore if you cannot see your driver please call us on +61-430490050 from any telephone box at the airport and we will locate your driver for you.

What is your position on cancellation?

All cancellation to be notified to the booking centre by e-mail 24 hours before landing if you had booked an airport pick up. If the pick up is in Melbourne 4 hours prior to the pickup time is requested. (Sufficient time is required) or the cost of the journey will be charged. For booking of more than one day hire we must have 3 days notice of cancellation or the deposit will be kept. Is there is any extra fee?

- International Pickups are subject to $20 extra due to Airport Parking charges.
Any pickups or drop offs during 0000hrs to 0530hrs will be subject to 30% night surcharge.
